Can I sync my Crate customers to Mailchimp?
Not yet. A Mailchimp audience sync is planned and is not available today. What exists today is Crate's own email marketing, which sends campaigns to your customer list, segments it by what people actually bought, and reports opens and clicks, along with a CSV export of the customer list with consent status attached, which is what an import into any other email tool needs.
